A 2003 study by Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, Commonweal, and the Environmental Working Group identified a total of 167 hazardous compounds in the blood and urine of American adults (with an average of 91 per person tested), including 76 known to cause cancer, 94 that are toxic to the nervous system, 82 that damage the lungs, 86 that affect hormone function, and 79 that cause birth defects. Included among these compounds were highly toxic heavy metals such as lead, aluminum, and mercury, and numerous herbicides and pesticides.

A 2004 study by the Environmental Working Group found 287 industrial chemicals in babies' umbilical-cord blood – with an average of 200 chemicals in each newborn tested – including 180 known to cause cancer and 217 that are toxic to the brain and nervous system.

According to the EPA, 70,000 chemicals are used commercially in the U.S., 65,000 of which are potentially hazardous to our health.
The Environmental Defense Council reports that more than four billion pounds of toxic chemicals are released into the environment each year, including 72 million pounds of known carcinogens.

For people: The product with zeolite is a clear, tasteless, and odorless liquid. NCD may be taken with or away from meals in any food or drink.

Adults may want to start with just a 2 drops twice daily for a few days, then build up to the maximum amount over a week.

Amounts as high as 30 drops four times daily or 3 drops every hour have been taken. The average adult should use 3 drops/hour for 4 to 6 weeks for best effect.

After four to six weeks of use at the maximum amount, a maintenance dosage of three to five drops three times a day can be taken, with the amount increased if ever there is viral, chemical, or other exposure.

Children can be given two drops, three times a day, as a general dose.

Higher doses of 15 drops three times daily or 3 drops/hour, require three or four bottles a month. The maintenance dosage of three drops, three times a day requires one bottle a month.

For dogs and cats: 3 drops 3x daily is often a good starting point. For serious illness, people often increase the frequency of the doses, rather than the amount. Hourly may be useful in these situations. Start with fewer drops and increase to maximum over several days.

For horses: 15 drops 3x daily is typical. Again, in serious situations, increasing the frequency to as often as hourly is more important than increasing amounts. Start with a few drops daily and increase to maximum over several days.

For all animals, drops can be given on a natural treat, in drinking water, or directly by mouth.
